Laser Treament

The laser treatment of the skin has become an essential element of aesthetic procedures. Since the beginning of 2024, the Centerclinic has been equipped with one of the most advanced laser systems on the market. Fotona's award-winning SP Dynamis laser system is designed for performing extensive aesthetic treatments. By combining two complementary laser wavelengths, the SP Dynamis serves as an extremely versatile aesthetic multi-purpose platform. It includes an Erbium (Er:YAG) and a Neodymium laser (Nd:YAG). With the combination of these systems, deep skin layers can be reached, and superficial irregularities can be removed for visually appealing, long-lasting results. The laser enables precise, layer-by-layer control in the micrometer range, making the skin fundamentally more precisely treated than with other laser technologies such as the CO2 laser.

With functions ranging from superficial to deep peels, non-ablative to fully ablative, and surface to fractional skin renewals, treatments can be tailored to achieve excellent results for all specific skin conditions.

The Er:YAG energy is strongly absorbed in water - the main target for skin renewal - and can therefore vaporize the skin with the highest precision and very low heat conduction. This reduces unwanted side effects and healing time to a minimum.

By deeply penetrating the skin to generate heat effects without damaging the skin surface, Fotona's Nd:YAG laser perfectly complements the ablative effect of the Er:YAG laser. Its homogeneous absorption in the skin and low absorption in melanin (skin pigment) allow safe use in patients with higher pigmentation (darker skin types).

In addition, we have another high-performance device (IPL, Diode from CANDELA), which works specifically and in harmonious complement with the Fotona laser, especially for pigment shifts and hair removal. This allows us to cover a wide spectrum of laser treatments.
