Breast augmentation is an issue for many young women who have very small breasts at the end of their growth. Also, women who find their breasts altered after childbirth and breastfeeding can feel unhappy about their breasts. 
The procedure generally involves the placement of a drop-size or round silicone implant in front of or behind the pectoral muscles by an incision in the fold below the breast. The surgical techniques can differ greatly and are discussed with the patient and adapted accordingly. We use only implants from leading manufacturers.
